Congrats Graduate!!
Michael Vincent Adams, son of Jeff and Gloria Adams of Beckville, graduated on Saturday December 20, 2003 from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Adminiatration. Michael will begin work on January 16, 2004 in Plano, Texas as Financial Analyst. Michael is a 1998 Beckville High School.

Linus Eliot Brightwell, son of Brent and Rocsie Brightwell, was born on December 23, 2003 in Conroe, Texas. He weighed in at 8.5 lbs. and is 21.5 inches.

Luther Henry Brightwell Died Dec. 21, 2003
Graveside services for Luther Brightwell, 91, of Beckville, were held at 10 a.m. Dec. 23, 2003 in Connor Cemetery in Panola County. Arrangements were under the direction of Hawthorn Funeral Home.
The Rev. Danny Stanley officiated and expressed Luther lived a life of "...simplicity, consistency, and as a farmer..."
